UCVhost only want your credit card details | Quote Reply | I paid by credit card, I had to phone them 48 hours later as I had not got any contact re my account been ready, I checked and see they took my years hosting price from my credit card. I was informed by them that my account was closed by them and that they would refund my monies, this they have not done. I asked as to why they cancelled my account and they said there accounts department told them to do so. My site was not an adult website etc. and I was not expecting high traffic on it. I have not received my money back.
I was also charged a transaction fee, I am here in UK and the hosting fee. I had to inform my credit card company that I believe ucvhostare a fraud and only wanted all my details, I had to cancel my credit card and await a new one.
ucvhost are a fraud and are only after your credit card details.
Waste of my time and money
