At a reasonable converted £14 a month you are entitled to a small part of a shared hosting account. Your CPUs will be generously overloaded and the disk space within that server will have crumbs of space left.
Support is generally fast but inept at resolving a problem.
Thought you might set up a standing order? A direct debit? Or just pay them manually each month? Don't worry about that, they'll store your card details without telling you and just automatically charge you each month. What's even better than that is they take the money from your account 5 days before your renewal.
But if you're the kind of person that would like your server set up in a hurry so that you can get on with it, they'll take care of that in just 4-6 working days.
And when you're tired of sitting in the little leagues with servers around you in that big American data centre, you can wait 3 weeks for an upgrade to a VPS with no receipt/knowledge of what is happening. | |
