I've had to transfer a domain off of 1and1 (to 123-Reg) a few years ago because 1and1 wouldn't let me setup a catchall sub-domain and I was reluctant to host the name servers myself. The process of moving the domain was very painful. 1and1 offer very little help docs themselves, I had to find ones from another registrar in the end and even then it didn't quite make sense. Do you know if they've made this any easier now as I still have two domains sitting on there which I would like to move eventually. What registrar are you using now? | |
